Gran jornada de deporte al aire libre fue la que vivieron vecinos de la comuna que realizaron el Circuito Trekking Cerro San Francisco (antenas), organizado por las oficinas de Turismo y Medio Ambiente.<\/p>\n

Mujeres y hombres de distintas edades se sumaron al equipo organizador para recorrer paisajes naturales que mantienen intacta su flora y fauna, gracias a que los terrenos recorridos no han sido intervenidos.<\/p>\n

Una vez terminada la jornada, el alcalde Gonzalo Baraona hizo entrega de medallas de participaci\u00f3n, lo que refuerza su idea de que el turismo, de la mano del medio ambiente, puede ser fuente de desarrollo para la comuna. <\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan coment\u00f3 la encargada de Turismo, Trinidad Cabello, la idea busc\u00f3 \u201c<\/p>\n

Por su parte, el encargado de Medio Ambiente, Sebasti\u00e1n Pimienta, destac\u00f3 que \u201c<\/p>\n

Cabe destacar el agradecimiento a don Arturo Galaz por facilitar sus tierras para esta aventura, lo mismo que la disposici\u00f3n de la se\u00f1ora Paulina Guerrero por entregar informaci\u00f3n del sector y la ayuda para el \u00e9xito de este recorrido.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
